Skype is an absolutely useful application that we use almost regularly to communicate with clients / friends / relatives far away from us. In recent past few versions of skype have ben a bit buggy. It says “Skype has Stopped Working” suddenly when you are trying to restart skype after your last shutting down your PC.

After a 28 days of struggle with the life, Bhagwan Sathya Sai Baba has died. Doctors on 24th April 2011 around 10.05 AM Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences officials have declared that Baba is no more in Puttaparthi. All his vital organs stopped working recently. Doctors have said that his low blood pressure was a cause for worry.

Meanwhile, Sai Baba’s devotees have been flocking Puttaparthy and praying for the god man. Sai Baba remains on a ventilator and doctors say that his liver and other vital organs are not responding to treatment.

The 86-year-old Baba was hospitalised to Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences (SSIHMS) in Puttaparthi on March 28. Though prohibitory orders are in force in Puttaparthi, lakhs of devotees have congregated in the town praying for a miracle.

Sathya Sai Baba (born as Sathyanarayana Raju on 23 November 1926) is a popular Indian guru, spiritual figure and educator. He is described by his devotees as an Avatar, god man, spiritual teacher and miracle worker.The apparent materializing of vibuthi (holy ash) and small objects such as rings, necklaces and watches by Sathya Sai Baba has been a source of both fame and controversy – skeptics consider these simple conjuring tricks, while devotees consider them evidence of divinity. Sathya Sai Baba has claimed to be the reincarnation of the great spiritual guru, Sai Baba of Shirdi, whose teachings were an eclectic blend of Hindu and Muslim beliefs.

Sathya Sai Baba and his organizations support a variety of free educational institutions, hospitals, and other charitable works in India and abroad. The number of active Sathya Sai Baba adherents was estimated in 1999 to be around 6 million, although followers’ estimations are far higher. Since there are no formal ties of membership, the actual figure may never be known. The Sathya Sai Organization reports that there are an estimated 1,200 Sathya Sai Baba Centers in 114 countries worldwide. In India itself, Sai Baba draws followers from predominantly upper-middle-class, urban sections of society who have the “most wealth, education and exposure to Western ideas.” A cultural icon in his home country, Sai Baba has attracted presidents and prime ministers from India and beyond who have become his devotees; in 2002, he claimed to have followers in 178 countries.

With effect from 1 March 2011, as per the notification of the Reserve Bank of India governing the processing and settlement of export-related receipts facilitated by online payment gateways (“RBI Guidelines”).

In order to comply with the RBI Guidelines, PAYPAL user agreement in India will be amended for the following services as follows:

1. Any balance in and all future payments into your PayPal account may not be used to buy goods or services and must be transferred to your bank account in India within 7 days from the receipt of confirmation from the buyer in respect of the goods or services; and

2. Export-related payments for goods and services into your PayPal account may not exceed US$500 per transaction.

3. Indians with PAYPAL cannot pay you to your PAYPAL (If you are Indian too)

1. Find another alternative for receiving payments for your products or services worth more than 500$.
2. Try to accept payments in chunks and make sure none exceeds 500$.
